TERPS Trial for Oligometastatic Prostate Cancer

This study is for men with prostate cancer that has spread to a few (oligometastatic) areas, like bones or soft tissue, at the time of diagnosis. Researchers want to see if adding stereotactic ablative radiation therapy (SABR) to metastatic lesions improves outcomes compared to standard treatment alone. Standard treatment includes systemic therapy (medicine given throughout the body) and radiation to the prostate. The main goal is to see how many men are free from their cancer getting worse after two years. You might be able to join if you are a man, 18 or older, and have 1 to 3 new metastatic tumors (up to 5 on advanced scans) that appeared within the last 6 months.
