This study is looking at how well telehealth services work for mental health in people aged 12 to 45 who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The study will compare standard in-person START (Systemic, Therapeutic, Assessment, Resources, and Treatment) services with START services delivered through telehealth. Researchers will measure changes in how families experience care over one year to see if the telehealth approach is effective.
