Biparametric MRI Screening for High-Risk Prostate Cancer

This study is looking at whether a special type of MRI, called biparametric MRI (bpMRI), can improve prostate cancer screening for men at high risk. You might be eligible if you are a man between 40 and 55 years old, have a PSA (prostate-specific antigen) level between 1.0 and 2.5 ng/dL, and have a higher risk of prostate cancer (for example, if you are Black, have a close relative with prostate cancer, or have certain genetic changes like BRCA). The study aims to see if bpMRI, along with PSA testing, can help find prostate cancer earlier in this group. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.

Study design
This is an interventional study planning to enroll 100 men. It will use biparametric MRI as a diagnostic test.
