Persona MC vs PS Total Knee Arthroplasty Study

This study is comparing two different knee implant designs, the Zimmer-Biomet Persona Medial Congruent (MC) and the Zimmer-Biomet Persona Posterior-Stabilized (PS), used during total knee replacement surgery (Total Knee Arthroplasty or TKA). Both surgeries will be performed using the ROSA robotic system. We are looking for 200 adults, aged 18 and older, who are scheduled for a primary TKA due to osteoarthritis or inflammatory arthritis. The main goal is to see how well your knee functions and how much pain you have, using a score called KOOS, JR, at 6 weeks and 3 months after surgery. The current recruitment status is unclear.

Study design
This is a randomized, controlled study comparing two knee implant devices. It plans to enroll 200 participants.
