Researchers will collect information from your standard medical care, like imaging and lab results, to better understand DCM. The goal is to find ways to predict how DCM might progress and how well treatments work, and to develop a tool to predict outcomes after surgery for DCM. You could be eligible if you are between 18 and 100 years old and have either DCM or another cervical degenerative disease without myelopathy. The study aims to enroll 245 participants.
