Repository for Brain Tumor Biomarkers

This study is collecting blood samples from adults with primary or metastatic brain tumors who are receiving radiation therapy at Duke Cancer Center. The goal is to create a collection (repository) of these samples to help researchers understand how certain substances in the blood (circulating biomarkers) are connected to how well radiation therapy works. There are no specific interventions or drugs being tested in this study. You can join if you are 18 years or older and have a confirmed diagnosis of a primary or metastatic brain tumor. The study aims to enroll 300 participants. The main thing they will measure is the number of immune cells in your blood six weeks after you finish radiation therapy. The current recruitment status is unclear.
