Long-Term Treatment of Opioid Use Disorder
This study is looking at a new way to help people with opioid use disorder who are also unemployed. It's called "employment-based abstinence reinforcement." This means you would earn money for working, and also receive extra pay if your urine tests show you are drug-free. The study aims to see if this approach can help people stay off drugs and find stable jobs. To join, you need to be at least 18 years old, already receiving buprenorphine or methadone treatment at REACH, and be unemployed. We will measure how many people are drug-free and employed after 4 weeks. The study plans to enroll 225 participants, but its current status is unclear.

- Rate of Drug abstinence as assessed by a yes or no4 weeks
We will assess rate of urine samples negative for opioids (morphine, oxycodone, and fentanyl) and cocaine at the 4-week assessments during the Maintenance period. Y/N at each assessment).
