This study is testing a special type of treadmill walking called Treadmill Oscillation Walking (TOW) to help people who have had a stroke improve their walking. You would walk on a treadmill that gently moves side-to-side. Researchers want to see if this helps improve how your hip and knee muscles work and how fast you can walk. They will measure your walking speed, how much weight you put on your legs (Vertical Ground Reaction Force or VGRF), and your confidence in walking (self-efficacy). You may be able to join if you are over 18, had a stroke more than 6 months ago, can walk 10 meters with or without help, can stand for 5 minutes, and can follow instructions.
