Combined Neurofeedback-TMS Intervention for Alcohol Use Disorder

This study is testing if a combination of fMRI neurofeedback and/or TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) can help people receiving treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder. fMRI neurofeedback uses real-time brain imaging to help you learn to control brain activity related to craving. TMS uses magnetic pulses to stimulate specific brain areas. The study aims to see if these interventions can reduce alcohol use and craving, and improve daily functioning. You may be able to join if you are between 19 and 65 years old and are currently receiving treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder. The study plans to enroll 90 participants, but its current status is unclear.
