E7 TCR-T Cell Therapy for Advanced HPV-Associated Cancers

This study is testing a new approach for people with advanced cancers linked to Human Papillomavirus (HPV), including cervical and head/neck cancers. It uses a treatment called E7 TCR-T cells, which are your own immune cells specially trained to fight cancer. Before receiving these cells, you'll get a short course of chemotherapy (cyclophosphamide and fludarabine). Then, the E7 TCR-T cells are given through a single IV infusion, followed by a medication called aldesleukin to help them work. The main goal is to see if this treatment can be given safely and effectively before your main cancer treatment (like radiation or surgery). Researchers also want to see if it shrinks tumors and improves how long people live without their cancer returning. To join, your cancer must be HPV16-positive and you need a specific genetic marker (HLA-A*02:01). The study aims to enroll 15 participants.
