Screening and Nutrition for Patients With Diabetes: A Pilot Study

This study is looking for 20 adults aged 18 and older who have type 2 diabetes (T2DM) and are currently participating in a food pantry. You should also be able to speak English or Spanish and have a mobile device for text messages. The study is testing an intervention called DSMES, which includes online education and weekly supportive text messages in your preferred language. The main goal is to see how much your knowledge about diabetes changes after three months. The study status is currently unclear regarding recruitment.
