Spinal Stereotactic Radiotherapy with MR-LINAC for Spinal Disease
This study is looking at a type of radiation treatment called spinal stereotactic radiosurgery (SRSS) for people with spinal disease. SRSS uses very focused radiation to treat areas around your spine. This study uses a new way to deliver SRSS called MR-LINAC, which combines Magnetic Resonance imaging (MRI, a detailed scanning method) with a Linear Accelerator (the machine that delivers radiation). Researchers want to see if using MR-LINAC leads to better treatment results and improves your quality of life. You might be able to join if you are at least 18 years old, have spinal disease, and your doctor thinks SRSS is a good treatment option for you. The study aims to see how well the treatment controls the disease in the treated area and how it affects your symptoms over about one year.
