This study is looking at how quality of life and sarcopenia (muscle loss) change over time in people with ascites (fluid buildup in the belly) due to liver disease or cancer. We want to understand how ascites affects your daily life and how your muscles change. You might be able to join if you are 18 or older, have ascites that needs frequent draining, and are generally well enough to participate. We will measure your quality of life using surveys and assess muscle loss from CT scans over six months. This will help us better understand and care for people with ascites.
