This study aims to understand the symptoms and changes experienced by people treated for sinonasal (nose and sinus), nasopharyngeal (upper throat behind the nose), and skull base tumors. Researchers will assess how well patients are functioning and the types of symptoms they have, including pituitary hormone levels, hearing, vision, and speech. The study is looking for 300 participants aged 18 or older who have been diagnosed with or are suspected of having these types of tumors and plan to receive most of their treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. The main goal is to measure symptom burden using a specific questionnaire (MD Anderson Symptom Inventory Head and Neck Module) over about one year to see what success looks like for patients.
