D2C7-IT and 2141-V11 for Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma
This study is testing two investigational drugs, D2C7-IT and 2141-V11, for adults newly diagnosed with a type of brain tumor called glioblastoma (GBM). Specifically, it's for those whose tumors have a certain genetic marker (MGMT unmethylated) and still show some disease after surgery. The study will first give D2C7-IT and 2141-V11 directly into the brain near the tumor. Afterward, 2141-V11 will be given as injections under the skin near the lymph nodes in the neck. The main goal is to see how long patients live after starting treatment. About 50 people are expected to join this study. The current recruitment status is unclear.
