Researchers want to see if measuring "Trigeminal Somatosensory Evoked Potentials" (TSEPs) during rhizotomy surgery is possible and helpful. TSEPs involve placing a small electrode on your skin to stimulate a nerve and measuring brain activity. If you are an adult scheduled for rhizotomy surgery for facial pain, you might be able to join.
