Study of Azeliragon for Metastatic Pancreatic Cancer

This study is testing a drug called azeliragon in people with metastatic pancreatic cancer (cancer that has spread to other parts of the body). Azeliragon is a capsule taken by mouth. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 80 years old, have pancreatic cancer that has spread, and have already been treated with Gemcitabine/Abraxane or FOLFIRINOX-based chemotherapy. The main goal is to find the best dose of azeliragon and see if it's safe. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug is helping. This study plans to enroll 30 participants, but its current recruitment status is unclear.
