This study is looking at how aerobic exercise training affects body fat between muscles (intermuscular adipose tissue) in people who have had colorectal cancer. You may be able to join if you are 18 or older, have been diagnosed with stage I, II, or III colon or rectal cancer, and have completed surgery and other cancer treatments. You should also be exercising less than 150 minutes per week and be ready to start exercising. The main goal is to see changes in whole-body intermuscular adipose tissue up to 12 weeks. The study is currently unclear about its status and plans to enroll 70 participants.
