Understanding Exercise and Your Body Clock for Health

This study is looking at how different patterns of exercise affect your health, specifically your blood sugar (glucose level) and blood pressure (mean arterial pressure). Researchers want to see if timing your physical activity can make the health benefits of exercise even better. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 45 years old, have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 34.9, and are generally healthy without major medical conditions. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status, but it plans to enroll 26 participants. Success in this study would mean understanding how exercise patterns can improve blood sugar and blood pressure.

Study design
This interventional study plans to enroll 26 participants who will be assigned to two different exercise conditions.
What's involved
You would complete two inpatient stays, perform moderate exercise, have frequent blood draws, and provide urine and saliva samples. You would also be provided with identical meals.
Compensation
