This study is looking at how the timing of your meals might affect your body's metabolism, specifically related to diabetes risk. Researchers want to see if eating at different times, without changing what you eat overall, impacts how your body handles sugar (glucose tolerance) and fats (plasma triglyceride levels), and how much energy your body burns after eating (diet-induced thermogenesis). You might be assigned to a day shift or simulated night shift schedule, and different meal timing plans (Diet order A-B or B-A). The study is for healthy individuals aged 18 to 45 with a BMI between 18.5 and 29.9. Smokers, pregnant individuals, and those with drug or alcohol dependency cannot participate. The study plans to enroll 48 participants.
