mPATH for Low-income Older Adults with Sedentary Time, Insomnia, and Cognitive Decline
This study is looking at how a program called mPATH might help low-income older adults who are not very active, have trouble sleeping (insomnia), and are experiencing some memory or thinking problems (cognitive decline). mPATH is a personalized physical activity program that uses mobile health (mHealth) tools like wearable devices and phone calls to help you exercise at home. Researchers want to see if mPATH can improve your thinking skills and sleep over 6 and 12 months. You might be able to join if you are 65 or older, have difficulty sleeping, are not physically active, have a low household income, and can do moderate exercise. You cannot join if you have untreated sleep apnea, severe depression or anxiety, dementia, or certain other health conditions.
