Lifestyle Intervention for Healthy Change

This study is looking at how effective a doctor-led program is for treating overweight and obesity. You would be randomly assigned to one of two groups: one receiving a personalized dietary plan called Nutrigenomix, or another receiving a standard dietary plan. Both groups will also participate in an exercise program aiming for 300 minutes of moderate activity per week and receive behavioral counseling. The main goal is to see how much your total body weight changes after 6 months. To join, you need to be between 18 and 40 years old, have a BMI (Body Mass Index) over 25, and meet other health criteria. The current recruitment status is unclear.
