Researchers want to create a more personalized way to predict risks for FMR patients and see how CMR can help identify patients who might benefit most from current treatments. You might be able to join if you are an adult (18 or older) with a specific heart pumping ability (LVEF <55%) and at least moderate FMR, as well as certain kidney function (eGFR >15). The study will use CMR scans to learn more about your heart. The main goal is to track outcomes like heart-related death, heart transplant, or LVAD implantation for up to 36 months. The study is currently recruiting 360 participants.
