Improving Memory, Sleep, and Well-being for Older Adults

This study is testing if adding a Memory Support Intervention (MSI) to a Transdiagnostic Intervention for Sleep and Circadian Dysfunction (TranS-C) can better improve sleep, daily functioning, and overall well-being for people aged 50 and older. You might be eligible if you are 50 or older, speak English, have a mobility impairment, low income, and experience sleep or circadian (your body's natural sleep-wake cycle) problems. Study design
This interventional study plans to enroll 178 participants aged 50 and older. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either TranS-C plus MSI or TranS-C alone.
