Lovenox for Preventing Recurrent Adverse Pregnancy Outcomes

This study is looking at whether a blood thinner called Lovenox (enoxaparin) can help prevent problems in future pregnancies for women who have had a difficult pregnancy before. These past problems could include early delivery, stillbirth, a baby born smaller than expected, or severe high blood pressure during pregnancy. Researchers want to see if using Lovenox, guided by information from a previous placenta, can reduce the chance of these problems happening again. You could be eligible if you are between 18 and 60 years old and have experienced one of these adverse pregnancy outcomes in a prior pregnancy. The study aims to see if Lovenox can prevent or lessen these issues. The current recruitment status is unclear, and the study plans to enroll 20 participants.
