This study is for adults newly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a condition that causes joint pain and swelling. It aims to find the best treatment for each individual patient by testing different FDA-approved medications: etanercept, adalimumab, upadacitinib, and tocilizumab. You will receive a sequence of three of these treatments, each for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see how each treatment changes your RA symptoms and overall condition, measured by a score called DAS28. This study also looks at how effective these treatments are across all participants. There are 18 people planned to join this observational study.
