TmPSMA-02 CAR T Cells for Metastatic Castrate-Resistant Prostate Cancer

This study is testing a new type of cell therapy called TmPSMA-02 CAR T cells for men with metastatic castrate-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). These are your own immune cells (T cells) that have been specially modified to target prostate cancer. The main goals are to see how safe TmPSMA-02 CAR T cells are, find the highest safe dose, and check if they can be successfully made for each patient. Researchers will also look for early signs of how well the treatment works. You may be eligible if you are an adult man with mCRPC who has received at least one prior standard treatment. The study is currently recruiting up to 30 participants.
