Ketamine in Severe Traumatic Brain Injury
This study is looking at how Ketamine Hydrochloride affects people with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). Researchers want to see if giving Ketamine Hydrochloride can help manage important measurements in the brain, specifically intracranial pressure (ICP, pressure inside the skull) and brain tissue oxygenation (how much oxygen is in the brain tissue). To join, you must be at least 18 years old and have severe TBI with monitors already in place to measure ICP and brain tissue oxygenation. The study will measure these brain parameters 3 hours after receiving Ketamine Hydrochloride. This study is currently unclear on its recruitment status and plans to enroll 10 participants.
