Observational Study of AlgometRx Nociometer for Pediatric IBD

This study is looking at a new device called the AlgometRx Nociometer to better understand inflammation in children and young adults with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. The device measures your sensory response to help doctors assess disease activity and potentially guide treatment. We are looking for participants aged 6 to 21 who have a confirmed IBD diagnosis. The main goal is to measure a "nociceptive index" (a way to measure pain or sensitivity) using this device over one year to see how well it works. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status and plans to enroll 60 participants.
