Enhanced Coordinated Specialty Care for Early Psychosis

This study is looking at ways to improve care for people experiencing their first episode of psychosis (a mental health condition where a person has trouble telling what's real from what isn't). It compares standard coordinated specialty care (CSC) to an enhanced version called CSC 2.0. CSC 2.0 adds five extra elements: individual peer support, digital outreach (like a smartphone app for reminders and exercises), care coordination, multi-family group therapy, and cognitive remediation (activities to help with memory and attention). The main goal is to see if CSC 2.0 helps people stay more engaged in their treatment during their first year. You may be able to join if you are starting care for first-episode psychosis at one of the listed clinics.
