Brain Imaging with 18F-FES for ER+ Breast Cancer Brain Metastases

This study is looking at a special type of brain scan called 18F-FES PET/CT in women with estrogen-receptor positive (ER+) breast cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastases). The goal is to improve how this scan is used to help plan radiation treatment. You would have an additional 18F-FES PET/CT scan before your standard radiation treatment. Researchers will then follow your progress with regular clinical visits and MRI scans for 12 months. This study aims to see how well the 18F-FES PET/CT scan works and if it can help doctors better understand and treat brain metastases. The study plans to enroll 20 participants, but its current recruitment status is unclear.
