This study is testing a new treatment for long-lasting symptoms after a concussion or mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI) in adults aged 18-65. These symptoms can include headaches, dizziness, and difficulty with memory or concentration. The treatment involves personalized brain stimulation called transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), using either active cTBS or inactive/sham cTBS devices.
