Ketogenic Diet vs. Mixed Diet for Heart Failure
This study is comparing two different diets for people with heart failure that has preserved ejection fraction (meaning your heart still pumps blood normally). You would either follow a ketogenic diet or a low-fat mixed diet. Researchers want to see if one diet helps improve your ability to exercise. To join, you need to be between 18 and 80 years old, have heart failure with normal pumping function, and be willing to be assigned to either diet. The study aims to enroll 90 participants.
