This study aims to learn more about why some people get colorectal (bowel) and endometrial (womb lining) cancers, especially those with a family history or a known hereditary cancer syndrome. It's an observational study, meaning researchers will collect and store your health information, tissue samples, and blood samples during your routine care at NYPH and WCM. This information will help them discover new ways the immune system can fight cancer, find new genes that increase cancer risk, and identify new targets for treatments. You can join if you are 18 or older and are undergoing screening for colorectal or endometrial cancer due to a diagnosed hereditary cancer syndrome or clinical criteria. The study hopes to enroll 1120 participants.
