Ancora-SB Overtube for Small Bowel Endoscopy

This study is testing a new device called the Aspero Medical Ancora-SB balloon Overtube. This device helps doctors use an endoscope (a thin, flexible tube with a camera) to look inside your small bowel. The goal is to see if the Ancora-SB Overtube is better than a currently used device (Olympus ST-SB1 Balloon Overtube) at helping doctors find and see problems in the middle part of your small bowel. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 90 years old, have small bowel disease, and a previous capsule endoscopy (a tiny camera you swallow) showed a problem in your middle small bowel. The study is looking for 123 participants, but its current recruitment status is unclear.

Study design
This interventional study plans to enroll 123 participants. It is comparing the Aspero Medical Ancora-SB balloon Overtube to another device.
What's involved
You would undergo an enteroscopy procedure, which uses an endoscope to examine your small intestine. You would also need to be willing to follow all study procedures and follow-up.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
The primary outcome of the study is measured during the enteroscopy procedure itself.
