Nutritional Supplement for Collagen Synthesis

This study is testing if a natural product supplement can help your body make more collagen, especially after you eat collagen protein. Collagen is important for your connective tissues, like skin and joints. Researchers want to see if this natural product supplement, which has shown promise in lab tests, can boost collagen production in people. You could join if you are a healthy adult between 18 and 30 years old. We will measure how much collagen protein your body makes after 7 days. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.

Study design
This is an interventional study comparing a natural product supplement to a placebo (an inactive substance). It plans to enroll 20 participants.
What's involved
You would have blood drawn before and after taking a supplement. For 7 days, you would do load-bearing exercise and take the supplement. On the final day, blood would be collected again.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Collagen protein synthesis will be measured at 7 days.
