Doctors don't always agree on whether to use palliative care (comfort care without surgery), a tumor biopsy (taking a small sample of the tumor), or tumor resection (surgically removing as much of the tumor as possible). This study will observe over 1000 patients to understand how these different approaches affect their overall survival and quality of life. You may be able to join if you are between 18 and 90 years old and have a high-grade glioma diagnosis. The study aims to find out which patients might benefit most from each treatment option.
