CNA-FWRD Registry for Vasovagal Syncope and Bradyarrhythmias

This study, called the CNA-FWRD Registry, is looking at how well different treatments work for people who experience frequent fainting spells (vasovagal syncope) or slow heartbeats (bradyarrhythmias). Researchers are observing patients who receive either a procedure called cardioneuroablation (a heart procedure to change nerve signals) or a permanent pacemaker. The study aims to see how many people still experience fainting after 3 years. You might be able to join if you are between 18 and 60 years old, have frequent fainting or slow heartbeats that haven't improved with other treatments, and do not have certain other heart conditions.

Study design
This is an observational study, meaning researchers will watch and collect information from 300 participants receiving standard care. There is no specified phase for this study.
What's involved
You will be followed to see how your condition progresses after receiving either a cardioneuroablation procedure or a permanent pacemaker. Patients awaiting intervention will also be followed.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Participants will be followed for 3 years to track the occurrence of syncope (fainting).
