PIs, Mentors and Trainees of T-32 Programs
Exclusion
People who are not PIs, Mentors and Trainees of T-32 Programs
What this trial measures
- Confidence to Intervene on Sexual Harassment Scale ScoreSurvey at baseline, immediately post-intervention (9 months after baseline), and 1 year after the completion of the 9-month intervention
Participants are asked to rate: "How confident are you in your ability to intervene when you hear about or witness sexual harassment?" Score range: 1 (not at all confident) to 5 (extremely confident).
