This study is designed to monitor the long-term safety of people who have previously received certain cell or gene therapies from AstraZeneca. Specifically, it will follow participants who received AZD5851 in study NCT06084884 or AZD0754 in study NCT06267729. The main goal is to track any specific side effects (adverse events) for up to 15 years after your last treatment. You may be able to join if you are 18 years or older, have received a cell or gene therapy in another AstraZeneca study, and provide your informed consent. The study is currently enrolling participants.
