TRAIL-R2 and HER2 Bi-Specific CAR T Cells for Metastatic Breast Cancer

This study is testing a new treatment called HTR2 T Cells for metastatic breast cancer that has a protein called HER2. These special immune cells (T cells) are designed to fight cancer. Researchers want to find the safest dose of HTR2 T Cells, understand their side effects, and see how well they work against HER2-positive breast cancer. You might be able to join if you are 18-80 years old, have metastatic or locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer, and your cancer has continued to grow after at least one standard treatment. The main goal is to see how many people experience serious side effects within four weeks of getting the treatment. The study's current status is unclear, and it plans to enroll 27 participants.
