Qoyangnuptu Intervention (QI) App for Mental Health Wellness in Southwestern Tribal Youth

This study is testing a mobile app called the Qoyangnuptu Intervention App (QI App) to see if it can help young people from a Southwestern Tribal community with their mental health and well-being. The QI App encourages daily mindfulness practices like meditation, drawing, and walking. Researchers want to know if the app is acceptable to users and how it might help with resilience. You can join if you are 14-25 years old, belong to a Southwestern Tribal community, and have a smartphone with internet access. This study is currently recruiting about 24 participants.
