This study is looking at how different types of 10-minute classroom breaks affect thinking skills (executive function) in healthy children aged 8 to 12. We are comparing four types of breaks given twice a day for 12 weeks: a combination of mindfulness and high-intensity interval training (MF-HIIT), mindfulness only (MF-only), high-intensity interval training only (HIIT-only), and sedentary (sitting) activities. We want to see if MF-HIIT has a greater positive effect on how quickly and accurately children can think and process information compared to the other breaks. To join, children must be 8-12 years old, have an IQ of 70 or higher, and be able to exercise. The study aims to enroll 352 participants.
