Study of AZD0754 for Metastatic Prostate Cancer

This study is testing a new CAR T-cell therapy called AZD0754 for men with metastatic prostate cancer (cancer that has spread). The main goals are to see how safe AZD0754 is, how well people tolerate it, and if it can shrink tumors. To join, you must be at least 18 years old and have prostate cancer that has spread. Some participants may also have the option to receive a radioactive imaging agent called AZD2287 for scans. Study design
