Echography Study: Anthropometric Measurements

This study is looking at how ultrasound scans can measure different body parts in healthy adults and children. We're using ultrasound scans connected to an application that measures the force applied. Specifically, we'll be looking at the distance from skin to bone, skin to muscle, and the thickness of skin layers (dermis, hypodermis) on the thighs of both adults and children. For adults, we'll also measure these on the shoulder and upper arm. These measurements will be taken before and while a force similar to the ZENEO® triggering force is applied. The study aims to understand these anatomical characteristics better. We are looking for 90 healthy volunteers between 2 and 70 years old.

Study design
This is an interventional study with an estimated enrollment of 90 healthy participants. It is an exploratory study without an investigational product injection.
What's involved
You would undergo ultrasound scans on your anterolateral thighs, and if an adult, also on your shoulder and upper arm. These scans will be performed on Day 1.
Compensation
Not stated in the trial record.
Follow-up
Measurements for the primary endpoints (Skin To Bone Distance, Skin To Muscle Distance, and thickness of skin layers) are taken on Day 1.
