Observational Study for Stage II/III Colorectal Cancer Recurrence

This observational study aims to develop a test called CENSURE to predict if colorectal cancer (CRC) will come back in patients who have completed chemotherapy for Stage II or III CRC. CENSURE looks at specific markers in the DNA from your original tumor. You may be eligible if you are 18 or older, have Stage II (high-risk) or Stage III colorectal cancer, and have already had surgery and chemotherapy. The main goal is to see how well CENSURE can predict how long patients remain free from cancer recurrence, with follow-up for up to 10 years. This study is currently in an unclear status regarding recruitment.

Study design
This is an observational study planning to include 400 participants. It will involve three phases to discover, develop, and validate a biomarker panel.
