Watermelon or Low-fat Cookie Consumption and Wellness Study

This study is looking into how eating fresh watermelon or low-fat cookies might affect different aspects of your wellness, specifically your sexual health, skin health, and gut health. Researchers will compare changes in sexual health questionnaire scores, skin hydration, and the variety of microbes in your gut (microbiome diversity) over four weeks. You might be able to join if you are generally healthy, between 18 and 50 years old, and have a body mass index (BMI) between 20 and 40. People who smoke, are pregnant, or have certain allergies or medical conditions cannot participate. The study is currently unclear on its recruitment status.
