Study of LB-LR1109 for Advanced Solid Tumors and NSCLC

This study is testing a new treatment called LB-LR1109 for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, or melanoma. Some participants will receive LB-LR1109 alone, while others with NSCLC will receive LB-LR1109 combined with atezolizumab, another cancer drug. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose of LB-LR1109 and to understand its side effects. We are also looking for early signs of how well it works. You may be able to join if you are at least 18 years old and have one of these cancers.

Study design
