Rheumatology Diet Study for Autoimmune Diseases

This study is looking at how diet habits affect people with rheumatologic (autoimmune) diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. Researchers want to understand if people change their diet after being diagnosed, if these changes help their symptoms, and what resources they use for dietary advice. The study will also explore what patients expect from their doctors regarding diet and their interest in using diet to manage their symptoms. To join, you must be an adult (18-65 years old) established patient at UCF Health with a diagnosed autoimmune condition. The main goal is to see how diet and activity relate to autoimmune diseases, measured over 4 months.
