KneeStim Device for ACL Recovery in Military Cadets
This study is looking at how a special knee sleeve device, called KneeStim, helps United States Military Academy cadets recover after surgery for an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. The ACL is a major ligament in your knee. The study wants to see if wearing the KneeStim for 12 weeks after surgery improves how you walk (gait) and helps you return to full duty faster. You could be between 17 and 27 years old and be having your first or a repeat ACL reconstruction surgery. The study will measure changes in your gait at different times after surgery to see if KneeStim makes a difference. The current recruitment status is unclear.
